P M R i supplies on-site project management services

For project management to be implemented correctly, three issues must be addressed in order:

  1. Senior management buy-in.

  2. Implementation of a culture change (not shock) that produces results.

  3. Training on all levels to support the culture.

Project Management Information Systems and Methodologies

Modern project management contains a powerful set of techniques and tools that produce efficient and effective management.  Within the project management environment, integrating and customizing software for use within specific operating environments has become essential in order to meet specific objectives.  We provide analysis and design services that customize the software to meet specific needs, including creating file structures, standard input and output views/reports, and automating various system functions to produce a consistent, easy-to-use system

Project Management Maturity Model

Many organizations are projectizing their operations and processes to plan, manage, and complete their projects successfully. As is well known, the primary reason for such efforts is the growing pressure on managers to integrate, plan and control schedule-intensive and one-of-a-kind endeavors.

However many organizations are uncertain, perplexed and even mis-directed about the status of current applications of Project Management. Moreover, the financial investment in tools, practices, and processes is quite difficult to justify. This is especially important to managers who must justify in a rigorous manner the funding of implementing PM processes and practices in their organizations.

By using a Project Management Maturity Model there are universally-accepted methodologies and well-defined processes for impartially measuring PM practices in any organization.
